Beacuse with all the cake I eat on a daily basis, I had to make some diet changes!! ....No, I don't always eat Keto..I love my carbs BUT eating Keto once or twice a week keeps me feeling energized and is great for the body. A little about me, I live in Chandler, Arizona and grew up with a strong artistic drive that I've channeled through cake decorating. But foodie first. I've always been a foodie with a deep love for cooking.... I could literally talk about food all day!
